Dr. Qian Jun is currently the Dean of School of Public Health (Shenzhen) of Sun Yat-sen University, Vice President of Sun Yat-sen Medical College, Director of South China High-level Biosafety Laboratory, professor and doctoral supervisor of Sun Yat-sen Medical College; He is a leading talent of Sun Yat-sen University's \"100 People Plan\", a member of the biosafety expert Committee of four ministries and commissions (Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Health Commission and Ministry of Education), and a member of the expert group of The State Council's joint prevention and control mechanism for COVID-19 transmission. Former director of the Eleventh Institute of Military Medical Academy, PLA General Logistics Department Science and technology silver star, the army top talent.
Dr. Qian received his bachelor's degree from Tongji Medical University in 1993. In 1996, he received a master's degree from the Academy of Military Medical Sciences. 2005 Doctor degree from Academy of Military Medical Sciences.
