Research direction:The research direction of the research group (1) Combined with genome editing technology and CRISPR high-throughput screening to identify new viral receptors and potential drug targets; Study the pathogenic mechanism of virus. (2) Combined with CRISPR activation/knockout screening and cutting-edge mass spectrometry techniques, new ligand-receptor molecules were discovered.
