Research direction:(1) Protein modification and autophagy regulation: Post-translational modification (such as ubiquitination modification, phosphorylation modification, etc.), stability regulation and functional study of key regulatory proteins of autophagy were studied. (2) Molecular mechanism and physiological function of mitochondrial autophagy: The molecular mechanism of mitochondrial autophagy mediated by PINK1-Parkin and its physiological and pathological significance, mitochondrial autophagy and endogenous immune pathway regulation were studied. (3) Autophagy and tumor biology: Explore the relationship between autophagy and tumor; To explore the possibility of targeted autophagy in tumor therapy.

Main Research Interests
(1) Protein Modification and Autophagy Regulation: Research on post-translational modifications (such as ubiquitination, phosphorylation, etc.) of key autophagy regulatory proteins, regulation of their stability, and functional studies.
(2) Mitochondrial Quality Control and Aging: Research on the molecular regulatory mechanisms of mitochondrial quality control and their roles in the occurrence and development of aging-related diseases such as neurodegenerative diseases.
Published multiple papers as the first author (including co-first author) and corresponding author in journals such as Trends in Cell Biology (IF: 19.0), Autophagy (IF: 13.3, 4 papers), Nucleic Acids Research (IF: 14.9), Medcomm (IF: 9.9), Stem Cell Reports (IF: 5.9), Life Metabolism, and Liver Research.
