Research direction:(1) Use cutting-edge omics technology to study the immune cell types, functions and states of the tumor microenvironment in order to discover novel cell types and immune regulatory targets in response to immunotherapy. (2) Develop cutting-edge technologies such as spatial transcriptomics and spatial metabolomics to analyze in situ the dynamic changes of the spatial evolution of the tumor microenvironment in the process of tumor occurrence and development, as well as its molecular regulatory mechanisms, discover novel molecules with spatial distribution characteristics and characterize their functions, so as to discover novel molecular markers and new targets for tumor immunotherapy.
