The second classroom activity space is equipped with reading space, moral and art space, caucus activity space, academic study space and other rich space, aiming to provide teachers and students in North Campus with a variety of venue services such as caucus construction, academic discussion, teachers and students exchange, leisure reading and so on.

In order to ensure the efficient use of community resources, students can apply for the activity room on demand through the enterprise wechat workbench. During the use, students should abide by the "Sun Yat-sen University" "one-stop" Student Community Use Convention "to jointly maintain the safety of the public environment and facilities.

Part 2 Booking Guide

① Open the enterprise wechat workbench
↓
② Choose the "one-stop" student activity room for reservation

↓
③ Fill out the application form and select the activity room. The staff will review and approve the application within three working days after the application is submitted

↓
④ On the day of the activity, show the application for appointment approval to the 303 duty staff for check-in and registration

↓
⑤ After the end of use, organize the materials in the activity room, clean and take away personal belongings, and check out and register in the 303 duty room.
