Part 1 Community Tips

The name of the community
    Kelin Library——A "one-stop" student community on the North Campus of Sun Yat-sen University
Community location
    3rd Floor, Block A, Graduate Building, North Campus (31-storey student apartment).
Functional configuration
    It is equipped with a rich second classroom activity space such as reading space, moral and art space, party and group activity space, academic and academic space, etc., aiming to provide teachers and students of Beijing University with diversified venue services such as party and group construction, academic seminars, teacher-student exchanges, and leisure reading.

    In order to ensure the efficient use of community resources, students can apply for the activity room on demand through the WeCom Workbench, and abide by the "Sun Yat-sen University "One-stop" Student Community Use Convention during the use of the property, so as to jointly maintain the safety of the public environment and facilities.

Part 2 Reservation Guide

(1) Open the WeCom workbench
↓
(2) Select "One-Stop" Student Activity Room to make an appointment
↓
(3) Fill in the application form and select the activity room, which will be approved by the staff within three working days after the application is submitted
↓
(4) On the day of the event, show the application approved by the appointment to the 303 staff on duty for sign-in registration
↓
(5) After the end of use, organize the materials in the activity room, clean and take away personal belongings, and check out and register in the 303 duty room.
