1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items received after 30 days may not be eligible for a refund, except in cases of defects or damages.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Unused and in original condition

Original packaging intact

Free from any damage, stains, or odors

All tags and labels still attached (if applicable)

Returned in original condition with all included accessories

1.3 Non-Returnable Items
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns on:

Final sale items (clearly marked on the product page)

Gift cards

Items damaged through normal wear and tear

Items returned without prior authorization

Items altered or modified in any way

Custom or personalized items

Items purchased more than 30 days ago

Sale items are eligible for return unless marked as "Final Sale"

Discounted items (purchased with a promo code) are eligible for return at the discounted price paid

Doorbuster or holiday flash sale items may be marked as final sale

2. How to Initiate a Return

Reason for return (this helps us improve our products!)

Photos (if applicable, especially for defects)

Step 2: We will respond within 24–48 hours with:

Return authorization (if approved)

Return shipping address

Return instructions

Return form (if applicable)

Step 3: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging and ship them to the address provided.

Step 4: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please Note:

Returns without prior authorization may be rejected

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

3. Refunds

4. Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different style or color:

We'll check availability of your requested item

If available, we'll provide return instructions

Return the original item (customer pays return shipping)

Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll ship your exchange at no additional shipping cost

Exchanges are subject to inventory availability

If your desired item is out of stock, we'll process a refund instead

We cannot hold items for exchange without receiving the return first

Exchanges typically take 7–14 business days total
